About M. K. Babu
Pastor M. K. Babu was born and brought up in a Christian family in Kerala. As a family, they worked for the communist party. Babu thus became an ardent communist worker. He migrated to Delhi in the year 1977. He heard about the saving power of Jesus Christ and trust Christ as his personal saviour in 1984.

Babu is married to Annie, a member of the Edamon Muruppel family. Babu worked for different companies in Delhi for thirteen years. Finally, they set up and ran a business for ten years. In February 1996, Babu felt that God was calling him to become an evangelist. Since then he traveled across India and preached the good news.

Babu is the founding pastor of Sacred Assemblies Fellowship, Sacred Assemblies Visionary Equipping Centre (SAVEC), Reaping Ripe and Real Challenge youth movement. He also pastors one of the Sacred Assemblies. He is the founding editor of PRAISE THE ALMIGHTY, a registered newspaper. God has used Babu to found several churches, train more than a hundred Christian leaders and pastors. God has enabled him to give leadership to the 12-member India Prayer Drive team that drove and prayed for India from Kashmir to Kanayakurmari (north end to the south end of India) and back to New Delhi in 21 days. Also God strengthened him to walk and pray for more 200 miles along with his 14 friends across Haryana - one of the least evangelized state of India.

Babu has traveled widely in India and has visited the USA, Nepal, and Singapore to minister to various churches. He now serves as an itinerant preacher and conference speaker. However, he is committed to serve the Hindi-speaking people of India.
